Restoretronics specializes in the repair of consumer audio-visual electronics, including:
Televisions (LCD, LED, OLED, Smart TVs)
Hi-Fi and stereo systems
DVD & Blu-ray players
AV receivers and home cinema systems
Vintage equipment and VHS units
Power supplies, remote controls, and diagnostics
We offer both in-person and nationwide postal repair services across the UK.
All devices undergo a thorough inspection and diagnostic process.
You will receive a no-obligation quote before any repair is carried out.
We only proceed with repairs after receiving your approval.
Some repairs may require ordering specialist parts which can affect turnaround time.
All completed repairs come with a 30 to 90-day warranty, depending on the service provided.
Warranty covers only the original repair work and replaced parts.
Accidental damage, misuse, or tampering voids the warranty.
Devices sent in for warranty repair must include original documentation.
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the repair before the device is returned.

If a customer refuses the repair, a standard diagnostic fee may apply to cover time and inspection.
Devices sent by post must be well-packaged and clearly labeled.
Restoretronics is not responsible for damage caused during transit to or from our workshop.

Additional faults discovered after disassembly
Delays caused by third-party suppliers or courier services
Any consequential damages beyond the value of the device

Not submit any stolen or counterfeit equipment
Collect your device within 30 days of repair completion or incur storage fees
